Yes. There is an English oral and written exam as part of the admission process. It is used as placement test in order to better advise the new students on which courses to take first. Students with poor English proficiency are required to take English preparatory courses during their first semester. this will help them for the content courses, since all courses are taught in English.

Students who have passed English test, such as TOEFL or TOEIC may not be required to pass the entrance exam.

Yes. The name of the dormitory is Charn Isara Mansion and is located in walking distance from the campus. Rooms are fully furnished. The complex also has a fitness and swimming pool and round-the-clock security staff. Monthly rates are 6,500 B for a 2-bed studio and 9,500 B for a 2 bedroom appartment. There are also many other student accommodation available around the campus which do not belong to the university, such as Siam Complex, Petkasem Road, Soi 33/1, and Baan Saeng Sabay located on Petkasem Road, next to Soi 54, opposite of Future Park Shopping Mall. Rates in these places range from 3,500 B to 7,500 B per month.
